Welcome to Sigma VTC. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sigma VTC mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Sigma VTC ("we", "us", or "our").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

Sigma VTC is a technology platform that connects passengers with independent third-party drivers for transportation services. Sigma VTC does not provide transportation services directly and is not a transportation carrier.

Drivers are independent contractors, not employees of Sigma VTC. We facilitate the connection between passengers and drivers but do not control the manner in which drivers provide their services.

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or provide false information.

When using the Service, you agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.

Harass, threaten, or endanger drivers, other passengers, or Sigma VTC personnel.

Provide false or misleading information.

Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.

Use the Service to transport illegal goods or substances.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against violations, including account suspension or termination.

When you request a ride, you agree to pay the fare displayed at the time of booking, plus any applicable taxes, tolls, or fees. Fares may vary based on distance, duration, vehicle type, and demand.

Payment is processed through the app using the payment method on file. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method for all rides and related fees.

Cancellation fees may apply if you cancel a ride after a driver has been assigned, in accordance with our cancellation policy displayed in the app.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sigma VTC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

Sigma VTC's total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Sigma VTC in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

We do not guarantee the availability, quality, or safety of rides provided by independent drivers, though we take measures to verify drivers on our platform.

The Service, including its design, features, content, and branding, is owned by Sigma VTC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Service without our prior written consent.

The Sigma VTC name, logo, and related marks are trademarks of Sigma VTC. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Sigma VTC operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if necessary, through the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the app or by other appropriate means. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
