Manage your fleet

In the Sigma VTC app, go to your profile and select 'Create a fleet'. Name your company and fill in the basic information.

Once your fleet is created, you gain access to the manager dashboard, which centralizes vehicle, driver, and revenue management.

Every vehicle in your fleet must be registered individually. Enter the license plate, make, model, and upload the required photos.

Upload mandatory documents: registration certificate, insurance, and roadworthiness test. Each vehicle will be validated by our team before going live.

An unvalidated vehicle cannot be used for rides. Submit clear, up-to-date documents to speed up the process.

Invite your drivers from the dashboard. They will receive an in-app notification to join your fleet.

Each driver must submit personal documents: VTC professional card, driving license, and ID. Our team reviews every application.

Once validated, a driver can immediately start receiving rides with your fleet vehicles. Track each application status in real time.

Your fleet's service quality depends on every single driver. Set shared standards to ensure a consistent experience for your clients.

Communicate best practices to your drivers: professional attire, clean vehicle, personalized greeting using the passenger's first name, help with luggage.

Encourage active listening: adjust music, temperature, and conversation to passenger preferences. Discretion and courtesy are the keys to premium service.

Your dashboard shows active drivers, today's rides, and generated revenue in real time.

Analyze performance to identify the most profitable time slots and optimize driver availability. A well-managed fleet maximizes your earnings.
